Coaching
Reflective, neuroinclusive coaching for self-discovery, intentional living and personal growth.

I’m so happy to offer neuroinclusive coaching through Space to Belong. I’m a qualified coach with EMCC Global accreditation and membership, and I hold ICF‑accredited certification in neurodivergent‑inclusive coaching. Belonging sits at the centre of my work, and I offer a space where I hope you can show up as you are — without pressure, without pretense and at your own pace.

Coaching is a chance to quiet the noise and tune into your own wisdom, helping you move forward with clarity and self-trust. Rather than giving answers, coaching creates the conditions for you to explore and uncover what feels right for you and for your life.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs. You might come with a specific goal, a decision to make, or a change to navigate. You may feel unsettled or unclear and want space to gain perspective. You may also have been signposted through ADHD‑specific support or government‑funded coaching. Whatever brings you here, coaching provides space to think, reflect, and connect with yourself and what matters to you.
Common themes that show up in sessions include:

-
Feeling stuck or wanting to take stock
-
People-pleasing and setting personal boundaries
-
Imposter syndrome
-
Questions about identity, purpose, or direction
-
Support around neurodivergence (no diagnosis required)
-
Navigating change (e.g. diagnosis, divorce, significant life events)
-
A desire to (re)discover joy

Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes and can be regular or one-off. They can take place online or in person in Bath (UK). I also offer nature-based coaching, which combines the power of coaching with the benefits of being outdoors and moving — happy for your dogs to join us too! I offer a free initial consultation so if you’re curious about coaching or wondering if it’s right for you, do get in touch.
