I'm Hannah (she/her) - a qualified social worker, certified professional coach, and experienced group facilitator with over 15 years experience working in Higher Education, the NHS, and the charity sector.

I bring a warm, authentic, thoughtful approach to my work whether I am facilitating groups or coaching 1-2-1. I have a real love of facilitating difficult conversations and holding space for people to share hard things and explore taboo subjects. I work with immense care and compassion, and a deep comfort with what many often find uncomfortable, to create safe environments for honesty, authenticity, growth and freedom. I'm highly intuitive and perceptive, skilled at reading the room and adapting in the moment to meet the unique needs of each individual and group.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work with many amazing individuals navigating difficult circumstances, from chronic loneliness, to serious illness and end of life care. Over the years, I've designed, delivered and evaluated a range of group-based interventions to offer safe spaces for people to share their stories, access peer support, and feel empowered to manage their personal circumstances alongside their studies or career.
