Consultancy and Group Facilitation
Expert guidance and skilled facilitation to deliver your group interventions.

I work with organisations to enhance belonging and success through impactful group interventions. I specialise in developing and facilitating supported group spaces for young adults who would benefit from bespoke opportunities to connect and feel they belong - whether due to challenges with socialising or a desire to meet others with a shared lived experience.
With extensive experience supporting young adults through loneliness and challenging life circumstances (including social anxiety, serious illness and bereavement), I create inclusive spaces where they can develop a sense of belonging and build support networks that empower them to navigate life and thrive in a way that is personally meaningful. Drawing on my background as a social worker and skills as a coach and group facilitator, my group spaces are carefully designed and facilitated to be welcoming, supportive and empowering. You can read some of my top tips for getting started in my article Supported social groups and student belonging: how do I get started? | THE Campus.
If you work in Higher Education and are interested in exploring how facilitated groups could enhance the Student Experience in your department or University, please get in touch for a free initial consultation - and read my blog Why offer supported group spaces to students. Whether your students are on campus or online, I can support you to develop, implement, facilitate and evaluate empowering group spaces for your students to connect around their shared lived experiences.
